01 Introduction & General Overview

04 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all betting activity on pk okay and cover all bet types — Sports Betting, live betting, casino games, and lottery.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳50, and the maximum varies per event.
• In live betting, odds change in real time. The odds displayed at the moment you submit your bet are final.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, pk okay reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If a match or event is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules.
• If the Duckworth-Lewis method applies in cricket betting, results will be determined accordingly.

Pk okay strives to settle all betting results accurately. However, if a settlement error occurs, pk okay reserves the right to correct it, even after payment has been made.

Withdrawal Policy:

• Identity verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.

06 Bonus & Promotions Terms

Pk okay offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer comes with its own terms, which are communicated to you before the offer is claimed.

• Welcome Bonus: New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit. To withdraw the bonus, the total amount (deposit + bonus) must be wagered 10 times.
• Cashback Bonus: A cashback is awarded each week as a percentage of net losses. The wagering requirement on cashback is 1x.
• Referral Bonus: Refer a friend and earn a bonus on their first deposit. Your referred friend will also receive a welcome bonus.

07 Prohibited Activities

12 Policy on Changes to Terms
